My little man is turning 3 so I did a DIY Mickey Mouse birthday party to make sure I didn’t spend a fortune. Just a heads up, when saving money you tend to put in a lot more “sweat equity” lol!

To pull off my DIY Mickey Mouse Birthday Party I started at the dollar store and bought these items:
- Black, Red & White poster board
- Red & Yellow Balloons
- Red party string
- White Marker
- Black Paper Cups & Plates
- Red Table cloth
- Mickey Mouse Stickers

Afterwards I headed to Walmart for a few random items as well:
- Party cups
- Mini & large Oreos
- Cake mix
- Icing
- Red letter writing icing
- Two Mickey Mouse balloon heads on a stick
Then I started by making a template for all the Mickey Mouse silhouettes I needed to cut out. I made a template out of an upside down plate and a cup. Then I cut out as many Mickey Mouse heads as I could and hung or taped them everywhere I could!
What the Mickey Mouse Décor Looked Like:
I TOLD you I hung those Mickey Mouse heads everywhere!!
Easy DIY Mickey Mouse Cupcakes:
To make easy Mickey Mouse Cupcakes I bought some mini Oreos to add on top so they looked like little ears.
Make an Easy Mickey Mouse Birthday Cake:
All I needed was some red icing for the writing, small Oreos for the edge décor and Mickey Mouse’s face. I used large Oreos for the ears.
Mickey Mouse Table Décor:
I filled these cups with candy (found at Walmart) so they would hold the sticks upright for some table décor.
Here I taped two circles to the plates to make Mickey Mouse ears and added stickers to the cups:
Easy Mickey Mouse Party Game:
This game was cut out of two poster boards with small white dots cut out for Mickey’s Buttons.
Cheap Mickey Mouse Party Favors:
All I did was make popcorn and put them in these party cups found and Walmart.
When the Mickey Mouse Birthday Party was done we let the birthday boy have a blast popping all those balloons!
What a great day, Birthday Parties bring me so much joy!
